This helps me keep track of how much time I have left on projects and makes sure I don’t waste time looking back over what I’ve done.
The best time management systems do not have you start from scratch when they are installed. Some pre-configure how many hours you work per day, create automatic alerts for things like schedule changes or idle times, and even update your daily tasks depending on the time of day!
Some apps also allow you to add notes and/or pictures about each task, which can help you remember what it is and why you set up this appointment or meeting. This way, you don’t need to spend more time looking back through old notes and files to remind yourself!

Finish What You Start
‘Finish what you start’ is one of those classic sayings that people know very well, but they don’t always apply their knowledge to in everyday life. More times than not, we get distracted by something else and never really finish what we started earlier.
